CET, or the Center for Employment Training, has campuses all over the US in California and Texas. CET- Coachella is a dedicated institution for the education of those who live in poverty and could other wise not afford to attend a college or university. The school offers hands on education and experience so that the skills needed for a career start or change can be obtained. The education is set at a pace by the students and the classes have flexible scheduling.

The CET- Coachella is located in the state of California. The support system at the school offers students help in all aspects of their education and every day life. There are life skills instruction courses, workplace simulation, and human development programs. The curriculum at CET is based upon the community and the industries that are up and coming. CET programs have the best in technological equipment since the school has ties with the community and the job market. In addition, job requirements of entry-level positions and job placement opportunities are also available at CET.

Courses

Job training at CET offers students a variety of courses for students to learn through. Industries that are popular now in the job market are what the school teaches. The industries include automotive, business/technology, construction, and facilities maintenance, culinary arts, customer service, education, healthcare, industrial occupations and transportation. The fields of study are those that help the community and keep it thriving. The courses are open for admission and open for exit. There are no set semesters and they are offered all year round.
