At the San Diego Golf Academy, students can enhance their golf skills and work towards a successful golf career. In less than 2 years golf lovers can learn the basics of the golf industry, jobs related to the field and golf business management and you may very well be teaching others the game once you graduate. The golf academy has over 30 years of experience in the short and long game and their reputation has put 7,000 graduates onto the green and fairway and into clubhouses.

Campus

Carlsbad, California is the home for San Diego Golf Academy. The “campus” was founded in 1974 and has been leading graduates to hole in one education for many years. At the campus, students have a classroom, computer lab, club repair facility, library, lounge, administrative offices, and student placement services. With beautiful weather and the Pacific Ocean near by students, get beaches to relax by and golf courses for instruction, practice, and play.

Courses

As you guessed it, the curriculum at the San Diego Golf Academy is golf based. There are two associate degree programs offered at the academy. Golf Complex Operations and Management is offered with an emphasis on either golf professional or general golf management. Students can choose one or both to study. The program takes 16 months to complete and there is classroom instruction, golf practice, and instruction, tournaments and open play.

Students at the golf academy get to enjoy a beautiful climate to play in while earning a degree that can take them into many, different golf career choices.
