About the school
Jesuit School educates to prepare you for the real world. They teach the student to be a person for others, to seek God in all things. This is a Roman Catholic school that is private, not for profit. Highest degree is the Masters. The Jesuit School is located in Berkley California and was established in 1934, but was then called Alma College and was located in Gatos, California. It was relocated in 1969 in Berkley, California. It has gone on to become one of the member schools of the graduate Theological Union. There are only two Jesuit theological centers in the United States. This is a private, not for profit school. Highest degree you can get here is a master’s degree.
About the campus
Jesuit School does not have on campus housing or a meal plan for its students. You can contact the student services and they can help you find off campus housing before you start classes. They recommend you show up 4-6 weeks ahead of time you start school to get everything arranged so it is not all at the last minute because you may not find any housing. You can find many restaurants around Berkley that have student discounts.
