About the College:
Los Angeles Film School is a fairly new school being only founded in 1999 and is located in Hollywood California. A group of Hollywood professionals were the ones that started it all. They loved the profession so much that they wanted to help other people learn the profession. LA Film Schools teachers and staff bring the best of knowledge and experience to the table. Some of the best filmmakers have visited this film school and now the school is creating new filmmakers in their students. The film school gives students a chance to work in Film, Game Production, Computer Animation, and Recording.

LA Film School does not offer on campus housing but they can direct you in the direction to find apartments, houses, or complexes in the area to rent while attending the film school. The campus offers students all they need to succeed like the different working labs, editing lab, Machine Room, Dubbing Stage, Production Design Lab, Screening Room, Acting Classroom, Student Lounge, Lecture Hall, Producers Lab and Meeting plus many more. The college offers other working labs and rooms for you to learn in. The school offers financial aid to help students get started on their careers.

LA Film School is for people looking to create movies, TV shows, or animation, create new games and recording. Film program includes the courses Advanced Postproduction, Art Direction, The art of Film and Video, Behavioral Science, Cinematography, College Mathematics, Communications, Creative Writing, Directing, Film Production, Film Theory, Final Project, History of Culture, Media and Society, Postproduction, Producing, Producing Independent Film and Production Design. In Game Production program the courses include Analog Game Theory, Asset Workshop, Behavioral Science, The Business of Games, College Mathematics, Communications, Concept Workshop, English Composition, Game Art 1 and 2, Game Audio, Game Programming 1 and 2, Game Design 1 and 2, Game Production 1 and 2, Global Game Studies, Historical Archetypes and Mythology, Introduction to Logic, Level Design, Marketing, Pre-Production, Project Management, Technical Writing and 20th Century Culture. The Computer Animation program include courses 3d Foundations, Animation Preproduction, Art Creation for Games, Behavioral Sciences, Character Animation, Character Design and Creation, Character Rigging, College Mathematics, Communications, Compositing and Scene Finishing, Computer Animation Project, Creative Writing, Demo Reel Creation, English Composition, Fundamentals of Animation, History of Culture, Media and Society, Model creation, Shading and Lighting and Visual Effects.
