About the college
David Maddahl founded National Polytechnic College in 1996 to offer programs to be a medical assistant, Dental assistant, Massage therapy, and Computerized Accounting. National Polytechnic College is a bi-lingual institute because he knew the language barrier many kids have in obtaining an education. This college has better than 80% placement because they teach their students more than an education. They teach them life skills and how to succeed. About the campus The college has over 15,000 sq ft and has four separate rooms where classes are held and a library for studying and ample parking, plus air conditioning to boot. There are restrooms and an area for them to have their lunch. The main building houses the office and staff. They do not offer on campus housing or a meal plan, although they do have vending machines and a place to sit to eat take-out. The Courses National Polytechnic College is known for its programs in Therapy and Counseling. The programs are: • Medical Support and Technology-medical assistant, dental assistant • Therapy and Counseling-massage therapy • Business And Management-accounting and computer science • Computer Science and Engineering-computer science • Diagnostic Medical Sonography • Criminal Justice They offer financial assistants to those who qualify. The staff will fill out the paperwork for you, gather from you all the documents you will need for it and they will follow it through to make sure you get it. They also have low interest loans from the government. It takes just 2-3 minutes to find out how much you get and once approved you could have it in a few days. If you are approved for one of these loans then you may also qualify for a Pell grant that pays as much as $4700 towards your loan. The tuition is roughly $10,600 with books around $240.
