About the college

In the state of California, there are community colleges just about everywhere. In 1914, the very first one in San Diego opened its doors for the first time. The college was San Diego City College and it was the third community college to be established in the state of California. In that fateful year, there were only 35 students and 4 teachers, but over 90 years later and the student body and faculty have dramatically increased.
