About the College
It was first founded in 1987 with the first program offered being Electronics/Computer technology. In 1988, McDonald Douglas donated computer equipment to the college, which was desperately needed. It went to its new location in 1993. In 1994, the department of Justice approved them to accept foreign students. From then on, it was getting approved for various programs and it again moved to a new location in 2007. They currently offer 5 bachelor degree programs to 436 students.
About the campus
The college is located in Anaheim, California, which is home to many famous attractions such as Disneyland, which is 1 mile from the campus and Knottā€™s Berry Farm, Edison Field, Arrowhead Pond. There are several beautiful beaches in the area as well including Laguna Beach and Huntington Beach. They have campus tours you can set up and see the school you want to go to. They do not offer on campus housing or a meal plan but they have several lists in the office with apartments on for you to look at. There are several dorm-style apartments within walking distance to the campus. Go to the students services and they will give you more information on this.
About the courses
The main courses students take are engineering technician and office administration. You will have hands on experience in engineering when you take this course at Southern California Institute of technology. The skills they learn are taught by well educated and highly qualified teachers who bring life source teaching to their students. They have financial aid for those students who qualify and they have other government programs that may help you if you do not qualify. However, most of the students who apply are approved.
