Campus

The San Joaquin school is located in French Camp, California. The campus is close to the city of Stockton and has all the beauty that the state of California offers. Not only do students get quality education, but they also get mountains, beaches, deserts and numerous entertainment options in the city. The training at the school is a combination of hands on education with classroom instruction. Students get clinical instruction and a real world working environment with S.J. General Hospital. In addition, students can be a part of the learning environment at St. Joseph Medical Center and Lodi Memorial Hospital.

Courses

At the general hospital, school of radiation technology students are offered a 24 month program, with full time attendance that focuses on hospital based diagnostic radiologic technology. This program leads graduates to take the state and national exams in the field after 40 hours a week of training with classes that start on or just after July 1 of every year.

This program only accepts a few applicants who are highly qualified. You must have previous volunteer work or observation in radiology, training, or work in healthcare and a survey of Health Careers course. Students are then chosen in a lottery type setting. This program can teach you the skills you need to become a leader in radiation technology. The future is yours.
