Campus

The campus for Humboldt State University is located in Arcata, California. The school offers student housing on a 600-acre Redwood forest that is just a short walk from the Humboldt campus. The housing is divided into 5 different living areas for students to choose from and at the campus, there is a dining hall and a variety of places to eat. There are also off campus living resources and dining options for students of the college.

Courses

Humboldt State University offers its students a variety of degree-based programs to choose from. The college has 49 undergraduate majors that are grouped into three divisions. The divisions offer a college of arts, humanities and social sciences, one that is dedicated to professional studies and the third that focuses on natural resources and sciences. Humboldt State University offers an extensive list of majors and minors and degrees by field of study. The lists are from A-Z so there is literally a program and field of study for everyone from chemistry to child development to music education and beyond.
