About the college

Campus

Huntington Beach, California is the home to one of the many Marinello School of Beauty campuses. With California’s scenic beauty, museums, restaurants and entertainment venues there is no lack of creativity around the city of Huntington Beach or the state of California. At the campus students train in the salon on members of community while supervisors watch. In addition, students learn ways to network, achieve great customer service and learn the inner workings of the salon business. Students have the opportunity to work as part of a back stage crew at hair and nail shows and photo shoots as well.

Courses

Courses at the Marinello School of Beauty in Huntington Beach include cosmetology, manicuring, and esthetics. Cosmetology covers hair and nail care, skin procedures, make up applications and salon management skills. The manicuring program teaches nail care, acrylic nails, disorders and diseases, anatomy and physiology and nail art. Esthetics is skin care and students will learn facials, hair removal procedures, make up, nail care, and salon management skills.
